Hardware Purchase & Ongoing Subscription

1 What You Get
When you purchase a VI2IONAI GPS tracking device, you receive:

| SIM Card | Included in the device — connects via Telstra 4G LTE network |
| Software Access | Access to the VI2IONAI fleet tracking platform |
| Features | Live tracking, trip history, geofencing, driver behaviour, alerts & reports |
| Support | Email and phone support — Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM AEST |
| Data Retention | Fleet data retained for a minimum of 6 months |
2 Purchase & Subscription
Hardware Purchase
- Hardware is purchased outright — you own the device once payment is received in full.
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase via Stripe or PayPal.
- A tax invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.
Monthly Subscription
- Use of the VI2IONAI platform and SIM data services requires an active monthly subscription.
- The monthly fee covers SIM data charges and access to the VI2IONAI software platform.
- Subscription fees are due and payable by the 30th of each month.
- There is no lock-in contract. You may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice to sales@vi2ionai.com.au.
- Access to the platform will cease at the end of the final paid month upon cancellation.
- VI2IONAI may vary the monthly fee with 30 days written notice.
- Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of platform access and SIM services.
3 Hardware Warranty
Australian Consumer LawOur hardware comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturing Defects
- VI2IONAI warrants hardware is free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
- Defects identified within 12 months of purchase will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
- To make a warranty claim, contact sales@vi2ionai.com.au with proof of purchase.
- VI2IONAI will assess the claim within 5 business days.
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by the customer, drivers, or third parties
- Damage from improper installation, tampering, or unauthorised modification
- Loss or theft of the device
- Water damage beyond the device's rated IP protection
- Normal wear and tear
4 Returns & Refunds
- Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the device is unused and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Devices that have been installed, activated, or used are not eligible for change of mind returns.
5 Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, VI2IONAI's liability is limited to the purchase price of the hardware.
- VI2IONAI is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
- Network coverage is dependent on Telstra's 4G LTE network.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6 Privacy
- VI2IONAI handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- Fleet tracking data is owned by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring drivers consent to vehicle tracking.
7 General
- These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- VI2IONAI may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
